4. Sleep deficiency

Lack of sleep is another reason why your muscles are paining. A good sound sleep of 7-8 hours is necessary for the repair and rejuvenation of the muscles. If you are not giving rest to your body then it will feel sluggish and in turn, will produce stress hormones and may affect your ability to think clearly.

5. Underlying health condition

Some underlying health conditions like anemia, arthritis, dermatomyositis, fibromyalgia, lupus and Lyme disease may also hurt your muscles. In case of prolonged muscle pain, it is recommended to meet your doctor.
