3. Macaroni salad

Ever wonder, why that delicious creamy salad tastes a bit funny when eating at a buffet? Well, it is because this salad has been out there for a long period of time. When mayo-based salads are put out in open for a long time, they can attract bacteria and get spoilt quickly.

Most of the dressings kept at a buffet are high in sugar, sodium, and preservatives. However, when these are kept in open for long, they can become the bacteria’s breeding ground. And if you consume them, there are high chances of you getting food-borne diseases.

5. Sushi

It is one of the healthiest Japanese foods for which people have been going crazy lately! But, good and healthy sushi should always be made with fresh and good-quality seafood.
