Toll Ass Mo has reportedly been acquitted of rape charges after a lengthy case.
This was made known through blogger Musa Khawula who shared a statement from the Specialized Security Services, that the rape charges leveled against the comedian by model Lerato Moloi, have been dropped.
“Mr Mahlangu has been fully acquitted,” read part of the statement.
The statement further says “As representative of Mr and Mrs Mahlangu and family, we are dedicated to taking this case further: drastic steps will be taken against the accuser.”
Khawula further reported, “Toll A$$ Mo to file charges of slander, defamation of character as well as civil charges with regards to total legal costs incurred and comprehensive loss of income suffered against Lerato Moloi who falsely accused of raping him in March 202.”
