Nadia Nakai has taken to her social media to react to her BET nomination.
Yesterday, the star was announced bagging a nod for the Best International Flow category which is hosted by Fat Joe.
She was nominated as a Zimbabwean rapper, though based in South Africa, and represents mzansi.
In the category were also SA rapper Blxckie, Ghanaian rapper Black Sherrif, and other music artists from France, Brazil, and Canada.
In her Instagram post, Nadia said the nomination taught her to never let anyone discourage her from doing what she loves the most.
