2. Very few bosses care
Not every boss is proactive about their employees’ well-being and welfare. Bosses are anyways busy with their hectic schedules at work so they have very little time to look after your personal goals at the end of the day. They want you to be self-sufficient with the help of their guidance once in a while.
3. Loyalty to a company

Making a career change can be incredibly scary and uncomfortable. You will be introduced to a new work environment where there will be new colleagues and different nature of work. You may feel awkward about settling in but trust that it is a good move for your career.
5. Lying about your passion won’t get you anywhere
Many people tend to lie about their passion because they aren’t sure of what their passion really is. To impress people, many make up their passion so that others do not deem them as any less. It is alright to not have a passion but don’t lie in front of others just so that you can have stature.
6. The number of hours you work doesn’t tell about your work
If you work less number of hours and leave the office, you often get to listen to taunts from your colleagues or boss. In reality, the number of working hours doesn’t determine how much you work.
