“King of?” – Emtee asks for clarity on whether Costa Titch is the king of SA hip hop

Emtee has taken to his Twitter to react to whether or not Costa Titch is the new king of Hip Hop.

Costa has been making waves in the industry and now he has become the first rapper to surpass the 30 million YouTube views milestone breaking Nasty C’s record of 27 million.

Taking to Twitter, SA Hip Hop 247 Twitter handle claimed that Costa Titch has been a centre of debate amongst SA hip hop fans on whether or not he is the king of SA hip hop following his massive YouTube milestone.

“Costa Titch surpassed 30 Million views, Which is the most views by an SA Rapper, but fans debate whether or not Costa is the new King as his song is Piano……Does it not count,” read the tweet.

Emtee reacted to the tweet as he asked for clarity on whether Costa Titch is the king of SA hip hop or amapiano. “King of?” Emtee asked via a tweet.

Well, it seems Emtee stepped on the toes of many as the asks him to leave Costa alone and stop seeking for relevancy.

“leave costa alone…he doesn’t bother anyone he’s just doing his things…usufun ukub relevant ngay,” read the tweet.

He then responded: “Msun wakho. I’m asking a question.” Emtee tweeted in response.
