The music producers are promoters of Amapiano genre, both at the national and international levels.
A few months ago, some South African musicians were bothered by the Nigerian musician who has been able to fuse Amapiano to his Fuju-like sound.
DJ Maphorisa endorsed the singer, but a few others like DBN Gogo were worried about the yano genre which is sourced in SA.
Returning to Instagram, Banele, and Bandile proved to be a fan of Asake by choreographing to his song.
