Green tea is one of the most widely-recommended drinks for weight loss.


So if you are trying to lose weight, you must have been suggested to start sipping on this low-cal tea, at least twice a day.

But to be honest, unlike tea or coffee, do you really enjoy drinking green tea?

If not, then you are not alone! Many people find this drink too boring and so, despite knowing its multiple benefits, fail to include it in their daily diet. So what can we do?

1. Lemon green tea

Green tea combined with lemon will boost the flavor of the drink as well as your weight loss progress.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp organic green tea leaves
  • 1/2 lemon
  • ½ tsp honey

Recipe:

Boil a cup of water and add organic green tea leaves to it. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Strain the tea in a cup and add a few drops of fresh lemon juice to it. Add a few drops of honey if you want. Enjoy!

2. Minty green tea

With just 9 calories, this drink is super healthy, packed with the goodness of green tea as well as mint.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp organic green tea leaves
  • ½ tsp organic honey

Recipe:

Take a cup with boiling water and add green tea leaves to it. Let it sit for a while. Strain out the tea leaves and now add washed and chopped mint leaves to the cup. Mix well and enjoy. You can also add some honey for sweetness. You can also chill the beverage in the fridge and enjoy it cold.

If you find drinking hot tea too dull, you can still include this fat-burning drink in your diet – only chilled. Here’s how to do it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp organic green tea leaves
  • ½ tsp honey
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Recipe:

Take a pan and boil a cup of water. Once boiled, turn off the flame and add green tea leaves to it. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes. You can also put a lid on it. Take a cup and add organic honey and the strained green tea. Refrigerate this drink for a few hours. You can also add ice cubes. Enjoy this healthy and refreshing beverage!

This recipe will give a refreshing twist to the otherwise dull or boring green tea. Here’s what you need:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp organic green tea leaves
  • 4-5 rose petals

Recipe:

Take a cup and add boiling water to it. Next add green tea leaves and rose petals. Stir well and let the tea steep for 10 minutes. Once ready, strain the tea. You can drink it lukewarm or you can chill it for an hour and enjoy the drink chilled.
