Njelic speaks against South African musicians accepting international gigs
Njelic slams South African musicians who travel abroad for shows.
During an interview on Mr JazziQ’s podcast, the musician revealed that he doesn’t like traveling overseas to perform.
He said SA musicians go abroad instead of the international people coming to mzansi.
Speaking for himself, Njelic says he needs no international gig.
“I don’t need an overseas job, I’m not from there. If they want to see me they must come here. That’s where all these things started because we’re all going there, they are not coming here. And who are we impressing when we go that side?” he said in the interview.
