Nomcebo Zikode has reportedly sued OpenMic Production which is known as Master KG’s record label.
According to a Twitter user, the music company is trying to ruin the singer’s joy by pulling out the grammy-nominated song, Bayethe which is in collaboration with Zakes Bantwini and Wouter Kellerman, from streaming platforms.
“Nomcebo is suing OpenMic Productions record label over its decision to pull the Grammy-nominated “Bayethe” song, from the streaming site. Bayethe also features Zakes Bantwini and Woulter Kellerman,” the Twitter user wrote.

Speaking of the grammy nomination, the Jerusalema vocalist expressed excitement despite not expecting the nod.
“I feel incredibly blessed and excited about the nomination, I honestly didn’t expect it to come through so soon but praise God it did,” Zikode said.
“This nomination means a lot to me because an accolade such as this puts African female artists on the map as a whole and I’m grateful that I happened to be the one to hold the torch.”
