Nomfundo Moh recently took to her social media to open up about her anxiety.

The star has been doing well over the years as she has bagged several awards, graduated, and just recently she
gifted her mother with a house.

Taking to her Facebook, Nomfundo poured her heart into how she feels about working on her upcoming album.

The Amagama hitmaker said she has anxiety and is undergoing therapy.

The anxiety that comes after completing an album suddenly makes you feel as if you lost someone. I don’t know if it’s something artists never talk about, or if it’s something that’s just facing me, Fellow artists, how’s your experience, she asked.

In another post, she wrote “This has got nothing to do with hoping to have a hit song. It happened just after I completed Amagama and I ignored the feeling (well fortunately the album was a success)… I think some of us pour a lot of soul into our art and then we’re left feeling empty after delivering the body of work.I think it would be ideal for artists to normalise going for therapy after working on a project, something more like debriefing. Maybe that would work. I remember this happened nje around aboFeb kwaze kwaba ngcono mid year (and that time I did not get much gigs so I didn’t perform much)… I just felt emptNAMIy, lacked motivation, it was like all my joy got stolen by the album. I don’t even know if this makes sense,” she wrote.
