This Garlic Bread recipe can be made with any bread of your choice. Just make sure that the bread is full of crust and freshly baked, something like a baguette.
Ingredients required
1 large bread loaf, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 4 tbsp butter, 4-5 large garlic cloves, 2 tbsp parsley, and Sea salt to taste.
The process
To make this restaurant-style Garlic Bread, take a large bowl and add olive oil to it. Next, add butter to the bowl. Now, peel the garlic cloves and grate them in this bowl and add finely chopped parsley. Using a whisker, whisk all the ingredients until its creamy and fluffy. It can some time in getting that perfect creaminess. Once done, keep it aside. Now, take the bread loaf and cut it into desired pieces and shapes. Then, in a baking tray line it with foil. Use a generous quantity of the mixture and apply it to each bread slice. Once done, line them in the baking tray at some distance and put this tray in the preheated oven. Bake the Garlic Bread for 3-4 minutes at 250 degrees C and make sure it doesn’t burn.
