These 4 simple recipes can be prepared within minutes and will keep you full for long as well.
1. Protein Pancake
Ingredients required- 1 scoop of protein powder, 2 eggs, 1 banana, ¼ tsp baking soda and a few drops of vanilla extract. Method-In a bowl, add one ripe banana and mash well using a fork.Now add egg to the bowl and whisk well. Mix it with the mashed banana. Add protein powder to the bowl along with baking soda. Mix in vanilla extract and mix till you get a lump-free batter. Heat a non-stick pan and pour some batter on it. Spread slightly to give the shape of a pancake. Cook the pancake from both sides until golden in colour. Serve the Protein Pancake with fruits and enjoy.
2. Protein Oats Bowl
Ingredients required- 1 scoop of protein powder, ½ cup rolled oats, 1 cup milk and honey/stevia as per taste. Method-In a pan, add milk and put it on medium heat.Once it comes to a boil, add rolled oats and cook for 4-5 minutes. Now add protein powder and switch off the flame. Mix well and within a minute the oats will attain a thicker consistency. Add honey or stevia powder as per taste to sweeten the oats. Serve with fruits and nuts of your choice.
3. Protein Mug Cake
Ingredients required- 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp milk, ½ tsp baking powder, 1 egg and stevia powder as per taste. Method-In a microwave-safe mug, add wheat flour, baking powder, protein powder and stevia powder. Give a mix. Add egg and milk to the mug. Use a fork to mix all the ingredients and form a batter. Microwave the mug for 2 minutes. Once cooked, you can garnish the Mug Cake with some chocolate sauce and choco chips.
4. Protein Fruit Shake
Ingredients required- 1 cup frozen banana, ¾ cup milk, 1 protein powder, 2 tbsp flaked almonds and 1 tbsp honey. Method-Chop the frozen banana into small pieces. In a blender, add frozen banana, milk, protein powder and honey. Blend well to form a smoothie. Pour the Protein Fruit Shake into a glass. Garnish it with flaked almonds and serve.
