A man recounts how his mother squandered all his savings after his return from abroad.
Footballer Achraf Hakimi made headlines throughout last week as many applauded him for registering his money and assets under his mother’s name; this decision of his saved him from losing his money to his estranged wife who sought divorce.
A Twitter user named Napaul narrated how a friend of his in Nigeria worked abroad and sent money to his mother.
However, upon his return back to Nigeria, the mother had spent everything.
