Uncle Waffles scores an international nomination
Uncle Waffles gets nominated for BET Awards 2023.
The nominees were announced on Thursday night, and the DJ secured a spot.
“This is crazy, thank you, so much,” she wrote as she was nominated in the Best International Act category.
She was nominated alongside Burna Boy, Ayra Starr, K.O, Stormzy, and a few others.
Nominations were selected by the BET Voting Academy, comprised of an esteemed group of entertainment professionals and influencers in the fields of music, media, digital marketing, sports journalism, public relations, and creative arts.
The BET Awards 2023 will air live on BET on Sunday, June 25 at 8pm ET/5pm PT.
