Banyana Banyana made history on Wednesday morning by beating Italy 3-2 in Wellington, which qualifies them for World Cup knockouts.
The three goals scored were from, Thembi Kgatlana, Hildah Magaia, and an own goal from Benedetta Orsi.
The victory is celebrated by South Africans who sing praises of the women on different platforms.
Bafana will face the Netherlands in their round of 16 game at the Sydney Football Stadium on Sunday (6 August).
