South African musician, Jesse Clegg celebrates his wife, Dani’s posthumous birthday.
Taking to social media, he shared a cute family photo featuring his late wife and captioned it with a brief birthday note to her.
“Happy birthday my beautiful Dani. I see your magic in our baby every day. You would be so proud of her. You are missed and loved dearly and your spirit will always shine through our incredible little girl. Rest In Peace,” he wrote.
Dani died in September 2022 after battling cancer.
Thr musician announced her passing in a statement.
“It is with profound sadness that I share the news of the passing of my beautiful Dani. She was diagnosed with cancer last year and fought with incredible courage and grace until the end. Her soul has moved on to its next great adventure and she is now at peace,” he wrote
“She will be dearly missed by her family and the many lives she touched. She was the love of my life and an incredible mother to our daughter, Mylah. Her beautiful spirit lives on in her. Go well my love, I’ll see you on the other side,” Clegg added.
