Anele Mdoda celebrates her dad, Patillizwe ‘Pat’ Mdoda who turns a new year today.
The presenter’s dad and her son mark their birthdays on the same day which is today.
Having celebrated her son, Alakhe on social media, Anele retuned with photos of her father and celebrated him with lovely words.
“Happy birthday to my wall… my father and ALAKHE’S birthday bestie. My dad is a super human and incredibly patient and kind and funny…really funny,” she wrote on Instagram.
Taking to Twitter, she also wrote, “The wall. The Pillar. The love ocean. The father. Happy birthday to my dad. I must tell y’all about the time I spoke sideways to the nanny when I was 6 and he made sure I never do that again…”

Recently, Anele Mdoda gushed over her father for building a new structure at his alma mater.
Photos of the new building was shared and people celebrated him for giving back to his community.
“I am so proud of my dad. On the same ground he attended school in a hut, he has built an Early Childhood Development Center ku Tsolo. Stellar MC work from Zizo Tshwete,” she wrote.
