The 7de Laan actor fought for his life over the past couple of weeks after suffering a critical heart attack.
People came to his aid as the family pleaded for financial help.
David appreciated the medical practitioners, his family, and fans for their support.

“David was released from hospital yesterday. He is incredibly happy to be home. The fresh country air and comfortable surroundings will bode well for his recovery.
