Mansi Youth Choir made it to the finals of America’s Got Talent
Mzansi Youth Choir will be performing at the America’s Got Talent finale as they make it through to the final stage.
The South African music group made it to the finale with a rendition of Fleetwood Mac’s Everywhere.
“Nyamezele has been guiding students at St John’s College for 20 years, and we have witnessed this same level of dedication and commitment throughout the years,” said executive headmaster Stuart West.
“His dedication to nurturing young talents has enriched the lives of our students, and we are delighted to witness his success on a world stage.”
The group’s choirmaster and head of music is Sidumo Nyamezele.
“It’s been a week!! Still cannot believe we went from auditioning at @agt , to performing in the semi-finals…and now have the chance to perform at FINALS! We’ll just be over here reliving the moment we received the chance of a lifetime,” the group wrote on its official Instagram account.
