Burna Boy will not be performing at FNB stadium in South Africa this coming Saturday, 23rd of September, as his concert has been postponed.
The Grammy-Award-winning singer was expected to sell out the +90,000-seat FNB Stadium, but the sales are reportedly low, hence the change in date.
According to Sunday World, the Nigerian singer canceled a few days to his show due to sound problem.
“They had a problem with the company that offers them sound which is the biggest sound company in Africa. Burna Boy fired them on Monday night and they had to replace them with another company from North West which does not have the required capacity to do the show,” the source said.
It was reported the concert has been moved to December 16.
Meanwhile, Major League DJz were announced as the opening act for the Afrobeat star, while Somizi was to host the concert.
