Controversial YouTuber Musa Khawula weighs in on the Kumalos and Jackie Phamotse case.
Early this week, the author was guilty on two counts of Crimen injuria, one count of Criminal Defamation and one count of Contempt of Court.
In 2018, Jackie tweeted about an alleged s*x tape that resulted in the couple being harassed online. She further with her onslaught on the Khumalos, and in February 2019, published a book titled ‘I Tweet What I Like so Sue Me’ in which she violated the protection order against her,” IOL reported.
During an online live chat with fans, Musa claimed Phamotse isn’t lying.
“If you’ve been around enough, you’d know it comes from 2011/2012,” said Khawula about the author’s tweet.
“In my head, Jackie is not lying. She may have failed to prove it in court, but b*tch, everybody knows,” he added.
Khawula added that “there is an element of truth in there, whether it’s blurred or not.”
However, social media users warned him against defamation, as he might face the same fate as Jackie.
