Vusi Nova opens up about his health after being discharged from the hospital.
The singer who marked his 39th birthday a few days ago had to visit the hospital after his heart started working differently.
Taking to Instagram, he shared a photo of himself at the hospital and captioned with, “Proof Of life” I sometimes forget that I’m not getting any younger. I feel 21!😅 got back from hospital this morning & I’m feeling healthier & energised more than ever. Back to the grind tonight. Let’s go!!
The Ndikuthandile hitmaker said he has been diagnosed with high blood pressure.
“Make sure you exercise; your diet is proper [and] you go for check-ups. Yesterday I was hospitalised very early in the morning – around five [due to] fatigue. My heart was acting up and then I found out that I have high blood pressure. Now I have to take blood pressure medication – imagine… I thought it was the end of me,” Nova shared.
