Simphiwe Ngema creates awareness for breast cancer by going topless in recent snaps shared on her social media account.
The South African star reminds her followers to check their bo0bs.
“We all have to bring awareness to Breast cancer. Early detection can save lives. Make sure you check your breasts often and go for a screening. Leading a healthy and active lifestyle can reduce your lifetime risk of cancer,” she captioned post.
However, a few of her followers were not pleased with the photos, as they didn’t expect her to go topless before creating awareness.
“Such pictures changes the narrative of the message being conveyed,” a comment reads.
“You have to be naked?” another wrote.
