Deep London takes Nigerian singer Smada to court over copyright infringement on "Hamba Wena"

South African musician Deep London has gone legal against an upcoming Nigerian singer named Smada. The Nigerian singer allegedly sampled London's hit song, Hamba Wena featuring Boohle. The music producer tweeted that legal action has been taken over copyright infringement. "The legal action against this @SuperSmada have been taken. This guy will pay … This is copyrights infringement," the music producer wrote.

However, some Nigerian tweeps flooded the tweet with defensive words, in support of the upcoming singer.
