To make this easy No bake Oreo cheesecake, take 400 grams of biscuit, then take two bowls and scrape out the white part in one bowl and the biscuit in another bowl. To begin with the crust of the cheesecake, take the biscuit bowl and crumble the biscuit, add ½ cup melted butter. Mix it well and make sure there are no lumps.

Take a silicone pan or baking tray, grease it with some butter or a parchment paper, spread this biscuit mixture evenly and make a thick layer. Refrigerate the base for an hour or so till the base sets properly.

In the meantime, take the other bowl with white cream filling of the biscuit, add in 600 grams cream cheese, sugar and vanilla essence and blend it all together, till it turns into a thick creamy mixture. Add in the crushed oreo biscuits to this mixture. Then add in 250 gram full-fat fresh cream, using a spatula, mix it all together. To make the consistency creamy, whip the frozen fresh cream separately and then add it to the cream cheese mixture.

This has been the most popular quarantine recipe, this is because you just need a few packets of this biscuit and some easily available ingredients in your kitchen to nail this super simple and quick delicacy. So even if you are a beginner and want to woo your loved ones with something delicious, then this has to be your go to recipe. Just follow us through these steps and nail this super easy Oreo cake recipe.

To make this easy Oreo Cake recipe, take 3 packets of Oreo, break them and add the biscuits into the blender along with 1 cup milk, ½ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon baking soda. Blend it all into a fine cake mixture, make sure there are no lumps and blend it into a smooth mixture. To make it more delicious, you can add 1/4 cup melted butter, but make sure you stir it continuously.

Then take a baking tray, grease it with some butter or oil, pour in the cake mixture and bake it for 20-25 minutes at 200 degree celsius. Take 4 small packs of Oreo biscuits, using a rolling pin, crumble them into a smooth mixture.
