The South African star is undoubtedly a big fan of cosmetic surgery, as it has aided her brand for years.
From lightening her skin colour to enhancing her face shape to having liposuction and BBL surgery.
Khanyi is living in luxury with her partner in Dubai and she recently shared a video of herself in a relaxed state.
“when the wigs, lashes, and masks come off and the bonnets and head wraps come out we all look like our mothers.. no filters.. every imperfection exposed.. human wombman,” she captioned post.
However, her expanded derriere was blatant to every eye that cared to see.
