Big Zulu reveals why he lost to Njilo at the celebrity fight
Big Zulu was defeated by Phumlani Njilo at the celebrity fight that took place last weekend.
The musician was confident about being the winner but Njilo’s professionalism granted him success.
The boxing match was staged at the Olive Convention Centre in Durban; it was graced by friends, fans, and lovers of boxing match.
According to Sunday World, Big Zulu said Njilo frustrated him in the boxing ring, hence he couldn’t land his punches properly.
“Maybe I don’t know boxing rules but this guy stamped on my feet many times and he was not cautioned,” said the musician.
“I could not land my punches properly. Anyway, congratulations to him because clearly his strategy to frustrate me worked for him.”
Phumlani is however, looking forward to fight another celebrity.
“Big Zulu gave me a tough fight and is an amazing human being. Now I am looking forward to another bout with another celebrity,” Njilo said.
Meanwhile, it’s reported that the next fight for Big Zulu is with Cassper Nyovest.
