Sbahle Mpisane will be inspiring people with her life after the 2018 accident on season 2 of Shauwn Mkhize’s reality show.

The accident left the fitness bunnie bound to a wheelchair for a long time, but she is currently standing on her feet.

“Everyone has grown so much from season one,” Sbahle says. “From our mom going through her divorce and getting her name back. To my brother being married with children. Me? I was in a wheelchair and now I am standing tall.”

Sbahle spoke about life as an aunt as her brother, Andile Mpisane is now a father to kids from his ex and wife.

“I never knew I could be more receiving and welcoming until the arrival of our babies.”

“But there is one thing that remains the same; the love that we all have for one another,” she says.

“I have reclaimed my life, from being in a wheelchair and having no hope to now being able to catwalk, which is an inspiring story to many.”

Sbahle spoke about life after her accident and further encouraged people going through dark time.

“Even after my accident, when I was depressed, I did not lose love for myself and my fitness. Even when I was in a wheelchair, I still took care of myself, even though I was not happy because I didn’t want to look like my problems.”

“As someone who has been through a very dark time, I urge people to take it day by day and just appreciate the position that they are in right now and get their minds right,” she says.

“I just pray that they find it in themselves to be strong, even though being strong is not easy,” she says.
