1. Orange zest
Adding orange zest to soups, broth, cookies or cakes can instantly amp up the experience. To make this simple zest at home, grate or finely chop the orange peel, allow it to dry up and store in an airtight bottle.
2. Marinade and oil
To give your marinades and salad dressings or oils a hearty and flavourful twist, steep orange peels and let it absorb the goodness. These can be used in accentuating the taste and flavour of several delicacies.
3. Tea and drinks
