Pearl Thusi grateful for 2023
Pearl Thusi bids farewell to 2023 as she looks forward to a better new year.
Taking to social media, the actress appreciated this year despite the tough and challenging experiences.
“Thank you 2023… you’ve been interesting… Tough, challenging but character building. I’m happy to see you go because I’m hoping for better- but better won’t come unless I show gratitude to you. What a season … as the storm clouds gather to bring blessing from this incredibly hard drought and understanding that seasons are necessary… I also want to thank God for holding carrying me to many an oasis and making sure I could carry my load and survive these very confusing 4 years we’ve all had to endure… but gratitude is the challenge when you are blind enough to see nothing to be grateful for as even breath itself is something to be immeasurably thankful for,” she wrote.
“Dear God, our relationship has been evolving, and even when I’m mad at you, you’ve held me up and protected me, even from myself. I love you. Thank you,” she adds.
