AKA’s dad, Tony says his marriage to Lynn Forbes ended after 20 years
Tony Forbes opens up on how his marriage with Lynn Forbes crashed after 20 years.
The father of the late rapper AKA opened up about his life on the recent episode of Hazel’s podcast.
Speaking of his union with Lynn, Tony said he wasn’t the best husband as he didn’t give her attention as much as she desired.
“With Lynn and I, after 20 years of marriage, I wasn’t the best husband, let me just put this out there first. I think her (Lynn) primary love language was spending time. In our relationship, I think Lynn valued quality time. At the time I was not spending quality time with her… I was doing me.”
The estranged couple grew apart and AKA’s dad remarried and had another child in the second marriage.
