Mac G refuses to sell his Podcast and Chill platform to an American company.
The South African star said he was approached by the company to sell the podcast with over 1 million subscribers for $1 million (R20 million).
However, he rejected the offer because they were going to own the podcast and he would be controlled, hence he wouldn’t enjoy the freedom he has as a host on the show.

Mac G, whose real name is MacGyver Mukwevho revealed he declined the offer, but he wouldn’t mind selling the podcast for a reasonable amount if there won’t be rules to control him.
As long as he has been able to do what he wants to do, then the star is fine with accepting such an offer.
The presenter concluded by saying that the independence he enjoys on the podcast is not for sale.
