Elsa Majimbo pens a note of gratitude to South Africans for being supportive.
The Kenyan comedian and influencer went recently went through a rough path following her allegation against the English model, Naomi Campbell.
While some dragged her, others defended her.
Elsa stood by her words about the international model, but she’s more grateful to South Africans for being her ride and die.
“Damn I really love South Africa. Like a ride-or-die kind of love South Africans have shown up for me in ways I have no words to describe. Just here to acknowledge and be grateful,” she tweeted.
Mzansi showed her more love before and after she expressed gratitude.
“Don’t be scared Elsa, tell us did she harass you into deleting those tweets? … .. Please reply quickly we don’t have all day… we have to attend to other people’s business that has nothing to do with us,” a tweep wrote when she narrated her encounter with Naomi.
Majimbo replied with, “I don’t think you guys understand how much you’ve done for me. I’m beyond grateful and forever indebted. It has made me cry not just now but even from way back then in the beginning.”
