Andile Ncube was in Côte d’Ivoire for the African Cup of Nations 2023 as a broadcaster.
The South African star interviewed star players and also explored the city.
Andile shared a video giving a summary of his experience at the AFCON.
“Being a broadcaster has given me the opportunity to tell African stories, in the light they deserve to be told…telling them in a positive way that builds and unites our beautiful continent. Congratulations to President Motsepe and his team, The 2023 CAF AFCON was by far the biggest show ever put on, in this continent, and to have been a part of it was a dream come true,” the radio personality wrote.
“The world will see and hear us not as the ‘draconian’ so-called 3rd world but as the Kings and Queens our primogenitors were,” he added.
