Murdah Bongz expresses excitement over the NAACP win.
The South African musician contributed to the soundtrack of an American movie titled The Color Purple.
The soundtrack won the prestigious award which celebrates Black excellence for the Outstanding Soundtrack/ Album Compilation category.
“Well would you look at that. I am an @naacp award winner thanks to mine and @brendenpraise contribution to the Soundtrack Mysterious Ways (Remix) on the 11 awards winning @thecolorpurple movie.
