Fikile Mbalula mourns the death of his office daughter
Former minister of Transport, Fikile Mbalula announces the passing of his daughter.
Taking to Twitter on Monday night, the politician revealed that the lady was killed.
“I’m hurt today. They killed my daughter I’m hurt,” he wrote.
Social media users flooded his timeline with condolences to him and his family.
However, the ANC Gen-Sec returned to Twitter to reveal that the lady is his office daughter and not biological.
“This is my daughter working in my office,” he tweeted.
A few people appreciated Fikile for the clarification, while others slammed him for confusing people.
“YOU NEH! Have us out here writing long messages of condolences directed to the wrong families. We are even confusing ancestors because of your way of talking…mxm,” an EFF supporter lashed out at Fikile.
“Kelly was working in my office in the secretary generals office she was killed today,” the former minster added.
