Nonku Williams warns her ex-boyfriend, Dumisani Ndlazi a.k.a Rough Diamond to stop harassing her and her family.
The ex-lovers have been in a legal fight since the reality TV star accused RD of stealing from her.
The businessman demands an apology, or she faces the law.
Nonku through her lawyer Donovan Reedy of Reddy INC replied with a letter:
“In the circumstances, we are instructed to demand that your client provide us with a written undertaking that he will desist from harassing our client, either by contacting her family or business associates. Should your client not provide us with the required undertaking, we are instructed to institute the necessary legal proceeding to interdict your client from doing so. It goes without saying that should our client be obliged to act as such, that we are to seek punitive order costs against your client.”
“On the contrary, we reserve the right to reply more fully thereto at the appropriate time and in the appropriate forum should the need arise. Our client vehemently denies any of the allegations of wrongdoing as suggested in your letter under reply.”
Ndlazi replied by threatening to accuse her of defamation.
Replying the defamation accusation, he said: “I took care of everyone in that family. I even threw her mother a birthday party. Funny she says I am harassing her family when her mother is still calling me, telling me I was the best man for her daughter.”
