Gogo Skhotheni proves to be intentional about her new faith in God, following years of practicing as a sangoma.
Taking to social media, the DJ who kicked off her career in 2023 announced that she would be dropping her first song this week.
The single is titled, Ndiyakwamkela, and Skhotheni said she dedicates the song to God who helped her during her trying times.
“I dedicate this song to God almighty who carried me through my darkest times, giving myself to God is one of the best decisions I have ever made, I worked with one of the best Producers @drumpope_dm when I told him what I want the most definitely understood the assignment and never judged me @bonga_kwana thank you for allowing me to express myself through your voice, I am dropping this Friday 5 April Ndiyakwamkela empilweni yami,” she wrote.
Friends and fans congratulated her, while expresing anticipation for the song release.
