Langa Mavuso and his new boyfriend Linda
Langa Mavuso has reportedly found love again a year after the death of his boyfriend.
The singer was in a relationship with Chef Lentswe Bhengu-Mafoko for 7 years.
Zimoja reports that Langa confirmed being in a new relationship with TV and radio host, Linda Mbuso.
“They are head over heels in love. I love it for both of them. Things are going really well. They are happy, they no longer keep it a secret and have mutual friends. They have also been attending public events together, they were together at Hey Neighbour in December and spent almost the entire festive season together,” a source close to the new couple revealed.
Langa Mavuso also confirmed that he is dating Linda.
“Yes, Linda and I are dating, we are happy, we are good,” he said. “He went to school with my cousin at Holly Family and they were really close and that is how we got to meet.”
Langa disclosed how he survived mourning his late lover while speaking to Zimoja.
“It hasn’t been easy but I have gone through therapy and have amazing support from family and friends,” he added.
“Regardless of the strain, we always knew we loved each other, and it was aptly said in every text, which ended with the words. Love first, Love always. But today, I must find new ways to embody that love and find a new place to share my heart.”
