Lady Du finds herself in the mud following her comment about Tyla’s dress at the Met Gala 2024.
The Grammy-award-winner has been trending on various social media platforms after rocking the sand-inspired dress.
Aside from Ntsiki Mazwai who has been consistent with trolling the singer, Lady Du also dished out a reaction which shows that she disapproves of the dress.
The Amapiano vocalist said she expects Tyla to wear an African print instead of the dress by Balmain.
“Imagine if she came wearing African print or Maxhosa!!! That would have been a showstopper, but this is also fire,” the local artist wrote.
Du was fired from different angles as people silenced and dragged her.
“Lady Du is very brave for speaking about Tyla’s Met look when she’s Aowa dressed like a mascot for her music videos,” a Twitter user wrote.
