DJ Zinhle recently opened up about the problem of unemployment in South Africa.
The rate of unemployment increases annually, and there’s been a loud cry for the government and organisation to create more jobs.
In a recent interview, Zinhle was candid as she explained that a majority of South African youths don’t get jobs because they are unemployable.
She said these people don’t have the skills to fill up available positions and opportunities.
The music star and businesswoman further justified her point by narrating how difficult it was recruiting people into her Era company.
She said it was almost like an impossible mission to find someone to fill up the positions.
“One thing about the South African youth is not just that they are unemployed. A lot of them are unemployable. They don’t have the skill that is required.”
