Gcinile Twala takes legal action against her former boyfriend Grootman, real name Themba Selahle.
The make-up artist went legal against the Forex trader after their s*x tape was leaked earlier this week.
Grootman further threatened to release more videos, which caused a massive stir on social media.
Taking to social media, the socialite shared photos of the legal papers which stopped Themba from posting Twala’s photos and videos.
“The Respondent is interdicted and restrained from Posting and/or publishing any photos or videos of the Applicant of any nature. Publishing, disseminating, circulating. distributing, and in anyway disclosing to any third parties, whether directly or indirectly, any photos or video recordings or any portion thereof, or stills thereof, in his possession which depicts the applicant engaging in sexual activities or nude. Harassing, sending any messages or contacting the applicant to threaten and intimidate her in any manner, whether directly or indirectly,” the paper reads.
