Zuluboy was angered by the disrespect received from ‘Umkhokha: The Curse’
Zuluboy, real name Mxolisi Majozi takes legal action against Rhythm World Productions after being disrespected.
The multi-talented star was given a lead role by the above-mentioned production company in Umkhokha: The Curse but it was later given to actor Nkanyiso Mchunu.
“He was sent to work on the production for a week, he lived on set but did not work. So, he wasted a good five days, reading scripts and practicing and this was later changed and he was not given the role.”
“He was made to believe he had the part and signed a contract, only to find out that Nkanyiso was given the part,” a source revealed to Zimoja.
“The company tried to counter offer but he took the legal direction as he was not happy with the offer.”
The legal document states that the matter will go for arbitration for both parties to state their side of things.
The costs associated with the arbitrator’s fees will be paid by both parties equally and in order to expedite the arbitration proceedings.
