How to make a vinegar foot soak

Step 1: In lukewarm water, add a cup of apple cider vinegar. The ratio should be 2:1 (two parts of water with 1 part of vinegar).

Step 2: This is optional. You can also add a few drops of lavender essential oil for the aroma.

Step 3: Now, soak your feet in it for at least 15-20 minutes.

You can get relief from tired aching feet by following this easy remedy. Prepare by adding one cup each of Epsom salt, sea salt and vinegar in a large tub. Stir well to mix all the ingredients together. Now add enough warm water in the solution so that your feet get soaked in it properly. Soak your feets in this solution for half an hour. Finally rinse you feet with warm water and pat dry with a soft towel. You will notice less pain and feel like dancing.

3. For warts

Vinegar has acetic acid that works as a mild exfoliator that helps in treating warts and calluses. To cure this, mix equal amounts of white vinegar and warm water, and soak in the liquid for 20 minutes.

4. For athlete’s foot

Athlete’s foot is an infectious skin disease caused by a fungal infection. Itchy red rashes develop in between the toes and cause the skin to become dry. To deal with athlete’s foot, mix 2 parts water with 1 part of vinegar. Using a cotton ball dipped in the solution apply it on the the affected areas. This will help to reduce itching, burning sensation and scaling. Follow this simple procedure daily for at least a week or two.
