The couple have celebrated many moments together, which melts the hearts of their followers.
Taking to social media, the musician penned a sweet love note to his best friend.
“Cheers I LOVE YOU. Today we celebrate 13 years of friendship. Honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made was and continues to be to give you my time. In the same breath one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever received has been YOUR time,” he wrote.
“I cant picture a day without you in it. Not a day, not an hour, not a second … Thank you for being such a great friend. I love you and LOVE exploring this ONE life with you. What a great decision I made,” J added.
