Big Zulu apologises to Dumi Mkokstad after calling him a boy during the Celebrity Soccer Game that was held on Sunday.
The men hurled hideous words against each other, and a video where the iMali Eningi hitmaker called the gospel musician a boy went viral.
The fight was sparked after Dumi noticed that DJ Tira had professional players who were non-musicians in his team.
“Gqom broke two rules and won unfairly. They failed to field a female player; they also did not have the player on the team list sheet. Rules say you can play one professional player at a time. Gqom team had nine players who are not eligible to play,” Mkokstad wrote.
Big Zulu said,“He doesn’t have Ubuntu, everything is on a standstill because of this boy. Because he doesn’t want to accept defeat.” This was during Nzimande’s explanation in the video. He remarked: “Wena uyasidakelwa (you are full of it).”
Taking to social media, the musician shared a video of himself apologising to Dumi Mkokstad and other people who were offended by the word.
“Firstly, I will not waste time, I will be short. Please find it in your hearts to everyone who got affected by my actions and calling Dumi as a boy. I want to take this opportunity to apologise to him, his wife and his family. And to Dumi’s fans, followers who came to the stadium and everyone who watched the tournament, I am sorry,” he said.
