Chidinma Adetshina laments about the sad atmosphere in her home despite her recent wins.
The 23-year-old has made it to the top 13 of the Miss South Africa 2024 pageant.
However, she’s been in the spotlight since day one of this competition because her dad is a Nigerian.
Chidinma was born of a Nigerian dad and SA mother, with Mozambique root, which garnered her more hatred since she participated in the pageant.
Aside from the cyberbullying, some South Africans have started a petition to have her kicked out of the competition.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Vanessa said her parents are not happy because of the noise.
“It’s really sad that my parents are unable to be happy and celebrate my wins because of all the noise. I really hope one day we live in a world where we can be united as one and allow each other to thrive,” she wrote.
