Da L.E.S will not attend his 39th birthday party due to unforeseen circumstances
Leslie Jonathan Mampe Jr. professionally known as Da L.E.S announces he will be absent from his birthday celebration taking place today.
The South African rapper turned 39 on Friday, and he shared a flyer on his social media about the party.
However, he returned this Saturday to inform people that he would not be attending the party.
Da L.E.S didn’t disclose the reason behind his absence, but he appreciates people for understanding.
“Due to unforeseen circumstances, Da L.E.S will unfortunately not be in attendance at his birthday celebration holding this evening. Thank your for understanding,” reads the note.
The rapper’s followers were shocked by the statement posted as they thought it was an announcement on something hideous as regards the artist.
“My heart almost sank bro,” a fan wrote in the comment.
“We cover all rappers with the blood of Jesus Christ,” another wrote.
“You gave me a lil scare.”
