DJ Sbu faces criticism following a video with the Miss SA finalist Chidinma Adetshina.
Tons of people have urged the Miss SA organisers to remove the model from the competition due to her father’s Nigerian roots.
Despite all said, the orgaisation has turned deaf ears as it was reported that Chidinma met all requirements.
Mofaya is an official partner of Miss SA 2024, hence the pageant is to promote the brand.
In a recent promotional video shared, Chidinma and DJ Sbu were spotted with the Mofaya drink which sparked chaos on social media, as people believe that the DJ supports the model.
DJ Sbu also follows the beauty queen on her Instagram account.
Due to Sbu’s show of support, some Mzansi social media users have called for the cancellation of Mofaya drink, urging the public not to patronise the brand.
Me and your Dj Sbu we were following each, after his stupid distasteful comments protecting Nigerian drug dealers and the imposter Nigerian girl Chidimma Adetshina.
I blocked another useless so-called “celebrity”. I’ll never drink that rubbish Mofaya. Tsek Sbu… pic.twitter.com/26t3wUfUih

However, a majority of social media users are not in support of the cancel culture.
“There’s no way, we going to buy Mofoya but we not going to watch @Official_MissSA,” a user wrote.
Because of someone doesn’t agree with your view and want to blacklist him🤣😂🤣😂
